Create a panel

Use the dashboard Tickets page or the Discord editor. A panel has buttons or a dropdown; its options describe why a member wants to open a ticket.

Publish and route

Choose a publish channel, an open-ticket category, and support roles. Dashboard posts are processed by the bot and can update an existing message.
Tickets are private text channels with member and staff permission overwrites. Configure the category and roles before publishing a usable panel.

Forms and access

Reusable dashboard forms support up to five short or long text questions, required answers, placeholders, and length limits. Attach a form to a panel option. Member and role blacklist entries prevent opening tickets.

Staff workflow

Claim tickets, add or remove participants, close or reopen channels, and generate transcripts. Saved replies can be sent from the dashboard or with ticket reply.

Lifecycle settings

Configure per-member limits, pinned controls, claiming, channel names and padding, overflow and closed categories, deletion delays, and event logs. Zero seconds in the dashboard retains a closed channel. Activity history begins after event tracking is deployed.

Ticket variables

Use these variables in ticket panel messages, greetings, and other ticket templates. The bot fills them in when it sends the message.

Form Variables

Every form question automatically creates a variable. A question with the variable name reason is available as {form.reason}. Use {form.<variable_name>} for any answer, replacing <variable_name> with the configured question key. For example, the question keys issue, steps_to_reproduce, and anything_else become {form.issue}, {form.steps_to_reproduce}, and {form.anything_else} in your template.

Command reference

Examples use the default comma prefix. Required inputs use angle brackets; optional inputs use square brackets. Each command notes whether it is also registered in Discord’s slash menu.
